Shipping rates are extremely reasonable calculated according to weight and distance. The most economical and time-effective method of shipment will be used. We use UPS‚ FedEx ‚ with smaller orders (under 12 ounces) shipped through USPS.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date that you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return here at Tea4USA, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
Please send us the required original receipt/order number or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. We will issue you a prepaid return slip for use with your return.
Incorrect and Old Addresses
If you make a mistake in entering an address that requires a correction‚ we will contact the courier to make the change on your behalf‚ however a $25 fee for this interception request will be passed on to you.

Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days. If we cannot return it to the original purchase method, store credit will be issued.
If for some reason your item was not received, please check the supplied tracking number and ask your package handler. Often we find a package turns up within a day or two as it was delivered to a neighbor. If your package is nowhere in sight, please let us know and we will send out a replacement order.
